These Terms of Service govern your use of the 88 Fortunes Casino mobile application and the services provided by SciPlay Games, LLC.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the 88 Fortunes Casino mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download, install, access, or use the App.

  • Virtual currency has no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for real money

  • All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue virtual items at any time

Virtual currency and items have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for real money, goods, or services.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Using the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the App or our systems
  • Using any automated systems or software to extract data from the App
  • Interfering with or disrupting the App or servers
  • Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
  • Selling, trading, or transferring your account to another person
  • Using cheats, exploits, automation software, or unauthorized third-party software

Intellectual Property

The App and all content, features, and functionality are owned by SciPlay Games, LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You acknowledge that:

  • We retain all rights, title, and interest in the App
  • You do not acquire any ownership rights by using the App
  • All trademarks, service marks, and logos are our property
  • You may not use our intellectual property without written permission

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the App will cease immediately
  • You must delete the App from your device
  • All virtual currency and items will be forfeited
  • Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms in the App and updating the "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the App.
